This is our second year of HOLIDAYS IN THE BAG.  This year we are raising funds for the Emanuel Community Center to help fund their community connections and programs.  From 9 am to 9 pm on Friday Novemebr 27th you can purchase a shopping bag from the sales office at 12th and Vine and then receive discounts at most of the independent, local businesses in and around the Gateway Quarter.  This includes Shops as well as Restaurants and Theatres.  The day benefits a good cause and once  you are done shopping you can venture down to Fountain Square for a some ice skating and watch the City’s Christmas tree lighting.  Bring your family and friends & make this downtown shopping trip a holiday tradition.
